Terms of purchase

We send our letters and packages by registered mail or registered mail via Postnord. We offer free shipping over 1200 SEK within Sweden. We reserve the right to adjust shipping prices in connection with any price increases.

We deliver within Sweden and offer international deliveries according to our shipping terms.

Delivery time is usually 3–5 working days within Sweden.

Products with the status "Backordered" have a delivery time of 3-4 weeks.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

For uncollected shipments, the Customer will be charged a fee (postage/handling cost) of SEK 200.
This fee will be charged retrospectively via invoice.

When purchasing goods in the webshop, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal by law. The withdrawal period is calculated from the day you received the product. This means that day 1 is the day you were notified that the product is available for collection at your postal agent. The product must be in original condition and returned in its original packaging for the return to be valid. The product must be available to us within 14 days if you wish to return your purchase. You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning. The right of withdrawal does not apply to specially ordered products in addition to the regular range.

The product must be in perfect condition when it is delivered from us. Should the product be damaged or if there is any other fault with the product upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days at customerservice@lililustudio.com. Please include your order number and which product it refers to in the email. Send a picture of the product/damage.

Swedish VAT of 25% is included in the price for deliveries in Sweden and the EU. For deliveries outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for paying any customs and import fees that may apply.

Lili Lu Studio offers a value guarantee on jewelry purchased from our official website. If the jewelry breaks within 6 months from the date of purchase due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the jewelry free of charge. The value guarantee does not cover damage caused by self-inflicted damage or neglect.

We are exempt from liability for failure to fulfill our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, fires, floods, changes in legislation, blockades, or interruptions in electricity or internet supply. In the event of Force Majeure, we will notify the customer as soon as possible.
